Convert to Xero
Are you using MYOB, Quick Books or another software system? We can transfer your data from any existing software system and convert your data to Xero, including all your payroll records.
We will set up your chart of accounts and customise it to suit your business requirements and we will ensure all your balances, including debtor and creditor balances are correct at conversion.
Set-up Payroll System
Are you new to business or accounting software? We can also set up your new system on Xero software, including your payroll.
We can set-up your payroll on Xero and transfer all your existing records and balances. All your employee records and data will be set-up, including employees superannuation, leave accruals and we can even file your employees’ TFN Declarations online, directly from your Xero software.
The main objective of processing payroll is to ensure that employees receive their correct financial entitlements owed to them together with their payslip in a timely manner following each pay period. With Xero software the entire payroll process can be completed online and employees can even submit their timesheets online via the software.
Problems often arise when calculating termination payments and other entitlements such as Long Service Leave that are less common.
